Adam Barclay
Hello I’m Adam Barclay a 20 year old graphic designer.
I am fascinated by the working process of designers / artists, taking most of my influence from the idea of what an action or an event can create. How a unique working process can evoke a reaction that creates a tangible design object.
I am passionate about the craft of my work, how it is created, but also more importantly why it is created. I have a very hands on approach, taking great pleasure from using a variety of materials, processes and learning about print methods I have developed a great interest in the transient nature of screen based design, this is something I would like to explore in the future.
Recently I have created a multi disciplinary design studio with Illustrator Andy Ainger, called Noodle and Squire. Using this as a platform for our collaborative work exploring how we as individuals with distinctly different styles can work together to create a series of tactile objects.
