This work explores the temporal quality of our world, bordering the boundaries of recognisability and ambiguity. Inspired by scientific documentation and the tension that exists between art and science, I have been exploring living matter in a fine art context. Indexical in their nature, they reference that which is ancient and wholly modern at once.
